One move: tap a cell. It flips, and so do the four cells beside it. Turn every light off.
The cell you touched and the four next to it, up, down, left and right — never the diagonals. At an edge or a corner there are simply fewer to flip; the board does not wrap round.
Tap the same cell again and everything it touched comes straight back — two taps on one cell are the same as no taps at all. It also means the order you tap in makes no difference whatsoever, so an answer is a set of cells, not a sequence of moves.
Every par here was computed, not observed — the whole board is one linear system, and the shortest of all its answers is the number you see. Matching it means there was no shorter way, which is what makes three stars worth having.
